Anything but Holiday Blog Hop

September 3, 2017

Welcome.   I am so happy to be here and apart of this fun blog hop.

I started with a 8-1/2 by 5-1/2 black card stock scored at 4-1/4 to created the base of the card.  I than used a piece of whisper white sized at 4 x 5.25 to have a border of black when attached.

I love the Spooky Cat Stamp Set. I needed to make a Birthday Card  and I used the cat face as background.   Yes, it took time but I found using the black marker vs. stamp pad made it easier.  I also found if I put the face on the corner of a larger acrylic block and stamped down with my finger, I could make the impressions easy and clean.

The below is how I held the acrylic block to stamp.

I than used the Labels to Love stamp set Frame and the Punch to punch out the frame.

I used Happy Birthday from Balloon Celebration Stamp Set.

The cats are cut out from the cat punch and you have a cat card for that Cat Lover to cherish.
