Making and Creating on Hot Day

July 10, 2018

I just could not sleep last night.   A idea was flowing in my brain and this morning I worked on the idea.  It seems to work!  I saw someone do this with DSP (Designer Series Paper) and I thought, why not change it a bit.

You take the heavier card stock and cut it to 5-1/2 x 4-1/4 which is a card front.  Than you use the same heavy cardstock and cut 4" x 8", score at 4", fold.   Than using DSP you would cut it 3-7/8" x 3-7/8" square to adhere to the 4" x 8".   I used some OLD paper and also some OLD stamps...Oldies but goodies.   The paper I used again is Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper.  I love the thickness and double side.

I also used the Love What You Do Photopolymer Stamp Set No. 148042

using the  "Lucky to Have a Friend Like You" stamp.

I will show more variations of these this week plus give you more ideas to create your own!
